Cultural Incentive Projects (Rouanet and Mendonça Laws)
Casual Auditores specializes in audits
relating to cultural incentive projects introduced by the Ministry of Culture, and to
municipal projects (Mendonça Law).
We collaborate on project audits such as:
Arts (MASP cultural exhibitions);
Musical events (Brasília Rock Fest);
Plays (Sardanapalo Group, Seven Minutes - Antonio Fagundes).
The audit begins with the party responsible for
the event submitting the budget.
This budget must cover all project costs, including the audit estimate (see Ministry of
Culture Normative Instruction No. 1 issued in 2002). The auditors issue a report on the
procedures carried out, among them:
Budgeted costs vs. actual costs (project expenditures);
Tax aspects of the projects;
Verification of the nature of project expenses.
